Riding the bike

Trying to figure out how to lessen my chronic pain without increasing my pain medication, one of the ideas I found online were to produce my own pain meds with my body by exercising.   One of my goals is to reduce my dependence on any chemical that my body can already make. However, I also need to be realistic about my wellbutrin and my blood pressure medication as well as my daily intake of the vitamins and minerals my body needs because of the gastric bypass I had done to help myself get better with my back. :-)
